WST VANTRACK
School transport, connected
WST VanTrack is a digital school-transport tracking and management service operated by Superb Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.
Use the language buttons above to read these details in English, Sinhala or Tamil.
What the product does
VanTrack connects transport companies, assigned drivers and verified parents. Drivers record a trip and student boarding; the company and authorised parents can follow the relevant van and trip information.
For drivers
Use the Android driver app for trip control, GPS updates and NFC, QR or manual boarding records, including offline capture and later sync.
For parents
Use Parent WST to view the transport information for a child linked to your verified account.
The service you purchase
WST sells access to its software and associated setup services. The published core plans are a one-time setup fee per van and a Parent VanTrack subscription for each linked child. See prices and billing periods.
WST does not operate the school van or sell a seat on a transport route through this website. The transport operator sets and provides the transport service. A WST subscription charge is separate from the monthly transport fee you agree with that operator.
Optional business tools — in development
The expanded Payments, Operations, Communications and Analytics tools are being prepared for rollout. Availability and final add-on pricing will be confirmed before activation.
- Monthly fee records, payment proof, outstanding balances, manual refunds and same-child credits.
- Fuel, repairs, tyres, service, other van expenses, receipts, driver advances and maintenance records.
- App notifications, prepaid SMS and provider-approved company sender names.
- Company, van, route and driver financial reports and accounting downloads.
These are optional additions. Core boarding and tracking do not depend on an unpaid transport fee or the SMS wallet balance. Online collection of transport fees for independent operators is not offered by this public website.
What live tracking needs
A configured van, assigned driver, device permissions, available GPS and a mobile data connection are needed for timely location updates. The portal shows recorded information; delays can occur when the driver is offline or reception is poor. Parents should contact the operator directly for urgent transport or safety matters.
The Android app is currently distributed through the controlled rollout. A public download will be announced after field acceptance. No public APK download is available here.
