1. Who operates the service

Superb Business Solutions (Pvt) Ltd operates WST VanTrack. This policy covers VanTrack and its transport features in Parent WST. Transport operators also hold their own student and service records; contact the relevant operator about information they collect outside VanTrack.

2. Information used by VanTrack

• Account and contact details, including names, mobile numbers, email addresses when supplied, and verified parent-child links.
• Company, vehicle, driver, student and route details entered by authorised users, including student photographs or card identifiers where provided for identification.
• Trip location and time information from the driver device, and boarding records captured by NFC, QR or manual entry. This is transport-trip tracking; a parent does not need to share their continuous location to view their linked child's van.
• Subscription and payment references, confirmation status and billing/support records. Optional business tools may additionally record fee obligations, proof uploads, expenses and receipts when enabled.
• Technical information such as browser/device details, IP address, request times and error/security logs. The public website stores a language preference in your browser.

3. Why information is used

Information is used to verify access, link the correct parent and child, show relevant trips and boarding records, provide subscribed features, maintain financial records, investigate errors, answer support requests and protect accounts. Student and location details should be entered only for an authorised transport-service purpose.

4. Access and service providers

Transport information is made available to authorised company users, assigned drivers and verified linked parents according to their role. WST support or administrators may need access to operate the service or investigate a request.

Hosting, communications, map and payment providers may process the information needed for their function when that feature is used. External websites linked from this site have their own privacy policies. Information may also be retained or disclosed where required by applicable law or to handle a payment dispute.

5. Payments and browser storage

This public website does not collect card details. Where an approved online payment service is made available, card entry is handled by the payment provider. WST retains the references and statuses needed to reconcile the purchase, rather than asking you to send a card number or CVV to support.

The public site stores your selected language locally. Parent and company portals use their own essential sign-in and security cookies. Clearing your browser's site storage removes the local language preference and may sign you out of the portals.

6. Storage and retention

Service records are held in WST-managed application storage and databases, with authenticated access for private records. HTTPS protects information in transit to this website and the portals. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Records are retained while needed for service operation, account support, security, financial reconciliation and applicable record-keeping duties. Closing access does not necessarily erase financial or audit records. Contact WST about a particular record or retention requirement; we will explain any restriction that prevents deletion.

7. Children, corrections and deletion requests

Parent features are intended for parents or authorised guardians. Transport operators should have the necessary authority before adding a child's information. Children should not submit payment or account details through this public website.

Contact WST to request access to your information, correct an inaccurate record, remove an incorrect parent-child link, request deletion, or raise a concern about use or disclosure. Provide enough information to identify the account; identity and authority must be verified before private details are disclosed or changed. Requests are considered with the relevant operator and applicable legal obligations where necessary.
